Payroll
We offer payroll services to suit your needs. Whether you require weekly, 4 weekly or monthly payroll processing. You provide the employee details and relevant pay for each period and we do the rest. The payroll summary and the appropriate payslips are then sent to you.
We also advise you of the amount of PAYE to pay each month or quarter to H M Revenue & Customs. Our payroll processing fee includes all year end work and returns in respect of the payroll and is based on the number of employees processed each month. We are sure you will find our service great value for money.
Whilst managing your payroll we also inform you of any relevant budget changes that affect you and your employees.
Our standard payroll charges are very clearly defined:
£15.00 standard fee plus £7.00 per employee processed.
For example a payroll of 5 people would cost £50.00 per month (£15.00 + 5 x £7.00)
Or a payroll for 10 people would cost as little as £85.00 per month (£15.00 + 10 x £7.00)
Payroll schemes with a pension are processed at £9.00 per employee. For example a payroll of 5 people would cost £60.00 per month (£15.00 + 5 x £9.00). This includes producing the pension contribution reports and uploading them to your chosen pension provider.
All above fees include monthly payslips, payroll summary, all P45’s and P46’s re leavers or new starters, monthly or quarterly PAYE Remittance reports and advising on payments due, plus all year end on-line returns (P35). Hence there are no extras for each form processed or amendments. Some other payroll providers charge per item i.e. every payslip, P46, P45, year end P60, P35, etc!
We also do CIS monthly returns at an additional charge, starting at £15 per month.
